Scope of services
Every engagement is defined by a written proposal listing deliverables, assumptions, timeline and fee. Anything not in that proposal is out of scope until both sides agree to it in writing.

Quotations and fees
We quote only after reviewing your site and accounts. Quotes are valid for 30 days. Retainers are billed monthly in advance; projects are billed against agreed milestones.

Payment terms
Invoices are due within 7 days unless the proposal says otherwise. Work may pause on overdue invoices after written notice. Taxes are charged as applicable in India.

Client responsibilities
Timely feedback, access to the platforms we need, and one named approver. Where delays in access or approval move the timeline, the timeline moves with them.

Intellectual property
On full payment, you own the deliverables produced for you — designs, copy, templates and site code — plus the accounts and data behind them. We keep ownership of our internal tooling and reserve the right to show the work publicly unless the proposal says otherwise.

Revisions and approvals
Each deliverable includes two rounds of revision within the agreed direction. Further rounds or a change of direction are quoted separately before work continues.

Results and limitation of liability
We commit to method, effort and reporting — not to specific rankings, traffic or revenue, which depend on factors outside our control. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected deliverable.

Termination
Either side may end a retainer with 30 days written notice. You pay for work completed to that date; we hand over files, documentation and account access within 10 working days.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India and the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction.
