What we collect
Only what you send us: the name, email, phone, company, website, service, budget, timeline, project description and any files you attach to an enquiry form; plus standard server logs (IP, browser, pages viewed) and analytics events.

Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry, prepare the free review you asked for, issue proposals and invoices, and improve the site. We do not sell, rent or trade personal data, and we do not use enquiry data to build advertising audiences.

Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console to understand traffic and search performance. These set cookies that measure visits in aggregate. You can block them in your browser without losing any site functionality; nothing on this site requires cookies to work.

Who else processes it
Email and file storage (Google Workspace), form delivery (our form provider), analytics (Google), and hosting. Each processes data on our instruction only. We do not transfer enquiry data to any other third party.

How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within 24 months. Client records are kept for the duration of the engagement plus the period Indian tax and accounting rules require. Attachments are deleted with the enquiry.

Your rights
Ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email the address below and we will confirm within 30 days. If you asked to be contacted and change your mind, say so in a reply and we stop.

Security
Access to enquiry data is limited to the strategist handling your project. Accounts use two-factor authentication. We will tell affected people directly if a breach ever puts their data at risk.
